Equity and
belonging for all

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is core to our business. We factor DEI into decisions about the companies we work with, the programs we initiate and our outreach efforts.

Our goal is to provide the very best career experience for all Nectarines. It’s still a work-in-progress, but every learning moment takes us one step closer to careers with equity and belonging for all.

Nectar covers 92% for employees and 60% for family medical health premiums, along with 100% coverage for dental and eye medical premiums. We also provide mental health support and a monthly wellness stipend and cover travel costs for Nectarines who must travel outside their state to receive the care they need.

Your Time is Valuable

Nectarines enjoy a flexible vacation and sick policy, 12 weeks of paid parental, family and medical leave, 14 days of holidays, a Sabbatical program, 4 recharge days a year, and an end-of-the year agency shutdown. Go be you!

Hybrid work model

For the best of face-time and space to work, Nectarines and their teams choose when to work in-office and remotely. We stay connected through routine all-hands meetings, email newsletters, bi-weekly POD meetings, virtual happy hours, plus, our CEO has monthly office hours.

Grow your whole self

Learn new career skills with an annual Professional Development stipend, grow personally with Nectar’s Pursue Your Passion stipend, or both. The choice is yours.

Nectar is committed to having a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work. We engage in pro-bono projects for organizations we care deeply about.

Twice a year, each Nectar office partners with a local organization on a community service project. We’ve supported families with children in hospice, tutored in local schools, cleaned up local beaches, and more.

We also make monetary donations locally and internationally as a company, and match our employees’ donations (up to $250 annually) to 501(c)3 causes and charities close to their hearts.
