WHY NECTAR

Equity and
belonging for all

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is core to our business. We factor DEI into decisions about the companies we work with, the programs we initiate and our outreach efforts.

Our goal is to provide the very best career experience for all Nectarines. It’s still a work-in-progress, but every learning moment takes us one step closer to careers with equity and belonging for all.

Life at Nectar

Community Outreach

Supporting our communities

Nectar is committed to having a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work. We engage in pro-bono projects for organizations we care deeply about.

Twice a year, each Nectar office partners with a local organization on a community service project. We’ve supported families with children in hospice, tutored in local schools, cleaned up local beaches, and more.

We also make monetary donations locally and internationally as a company, and match our employees’ donations (up to $250 annually) to 501(c)3 causes and charities close to their hearts.
